Howlin' Wolf Classic Tee
This year would have seen the 113th Birthday of Chester Arthur Burnett, better known by his stage name Howlin' Wolf. An American blues singer and guitarist, who was discovered by a young talent scout by the name of Ike Turner, who brought him to record several songs for Sam Phillips at Sun Studios. Phillips said it best, when he praised his singing, by saying, "God, what it would be worth on film to see the fervour in that man's face when he sang. His eyes would light up, you'd see the veins come out on his neck and, buddy, there was nothing on his mind but that song. He sang with his damn soul”. I couldn’t say it better than that. He is regarded as one of the most influential blues musicians of all time. If you don’t know him yet, remedy that. If you know, you know. Either way, buy the damn T-Shirt!
This t-shirt is everything you've dreamed of and more. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for all.
